At Baby Animal Prints, we take pride in our work and want you to enjoy your piece of the wild. We stand by the quality of our prints, so if you’re not satisfied with your order for any reason, neither are we.If there's a concern with your order, here’s how we can help:
- First, contact us within 14 days of receiving your order and let us know exactly what the issue is.
- Then, we’ll work with you to find a solution that you’ll be happy with.
- We will exchange your item(s) or refund your money (minus shipping costs). You will be responsible for returning items in their original condition as well as shipping costs.
Shipping:
Orders for economy prints are processed and shipped out within 3-5 business days. Orders for premium prints are processed and shipped out within 7-10 business days. All prints are carefully packaged for safe handling and shipped via USPS.
